Associate Job Description Join our dynamic team on the production
floor, where you will assist in creating high-quality wire and
sheet metal products. This role involves performing deburring,
bending, forming, and welding operations in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist in the
production of wire and sheet metal products. Perform deburring,
bending, forming, and welding operations. Conduct visual
inspections to ensure product quality. Operate machinery and
equipment safely and efficiently. Engage in general labor tasks,
including packing and powder coating. Essential Skills Experience
in production and assembly processes. Ability to work flexible
hours and longer shifts as needed. Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
Proficiency in machine operation and visual inspection. Familiarity
with the manufacturing industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications

position for the first shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
You will work in a well-ventilated manufacturing environment,
though temperature may vary with the seasons. Due to the presence
of metal dust and filings, dust masks are required. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mystic,
CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 -
$18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
