A global leader in modified plastics used in automotive and consumer products. Some of their biggest clients are Ford, GM, Tesla, Jeep, and Whirlpool. This is their only location in North America. There are 60 total employees at this facility. They are looking for 3 Candidates for their extrusion line that are open to training on both 1st and 3rd Shifts 2nd Shift = Monday - Friday (x3 openings) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Currently Kingfa is working 4 10 hour shifts (Monday - Thursday). Candidates need to be able to train on one of the below 10 hours shifts for at least a month before they move to their "normal" 2nd shift hours above. Monday to Thursday 1st shift 6:00AM - 4:30PM Sunday to Wednesday 3rd shift 8:00PM-6:30AM *CANDIDATES NEED TO BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON BOTH FIRST SHIFT AND THIRD SHIFT Two 15 minute paid breaks 30 minute unpaid lunch Job Duties: - Weigh and Calculate raw material for machine use - Disassembling and reassembling of equipment for cleaning and changing over to other materials - Monitor the machines and adjust as needed - Using a forklift to move raw materials once production has finished (candidates will be trained and it is not required to have previous experience) - Monitoring the quality of the batches, providing a sample to the Quality Tech before running the machine - Maintaining good housekeeping and clean work area - Ensuring all necessary paperwork is filled out at the end of each shift - Lift/Bend/Squat 50 pounds - Filling out check sheets & KG's - Any other tasks assigned from the Supervisor Candidates must NOT BE afraid of heights, you may go 3 stories up to check quality of the batches. They will be going up there by ladder. *Once they make the switch to their normal shift time their pay will be adjusted based of shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
