* As part of the Definition of Done for stories, the PO will be responsible for supplying process flows and mockups to convey the specific customer needs to the data architect / engineering team.

Inspect and Adapt:

* PO curates the program review demo and coordinates the review meeting (Inspect & Adapt for SAFe, Program Review for non-SAFe)

* PO works across teams to define and implement improvement opportunities that will increase the velocity and quality of the program.

* To ensure that they will be able to show the most critical aspects of the solution to the stakeholders, POs also participate in the preparation of the PI system demo.
