Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:

We're looking for our first recruiter (100% remote) to help us grow our team. This is a high impact role - you will be fully responsible for creating our approach to talent acquisition and executing upon it. This role will work across the entire organization (engineering, marketing, operations, etc) to help build a world-class team that embodies the Hyperproof values-based culture. We are looking for someone who is innovative, genuinely passionate about talent acquisition and the candidate experience.

What you'll do (although no single day is ever the same in a startup)
Understand job requirements, conduct research, and partner with leadership to fully represent Hyperproof and the opportunity to candidates.
Gain an understanding of the requirements that each hiring manager needs and be tuned in to upcoming trends in those fields. Roles will be both business and technical roles.
Utilize job boards to post jobs (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, Glassdoor, StackOverflow, AngelList, etc.) and source active and passive candidates extensively for open positions.
Ensure all procured profiles are added to the resume database on company ATS with all relevant details to communicate.
Screen applications, conduct the first round of interviews, manage the pipeline to ensure adherence to OKRs.
Negotiate compensation terms.
Schedule interview appointments with the Hiring Manager to ensure the candidate is set up for a successful interview.
On selection, ensure candidate information is shared with all appropriate parties.
Coordinate with VP, People & Culture to ensure onboarding is smooth and team member is well-equipped with information and tools to undertake a successful start.
Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience to all parties you interact with and add value at every level.
Hold intake calls with hiring managers to gain and understand requirements for open positions
Manage ATS portals and relationships with Agency Partners for the submission processHave a direct interface with the candidates, and be their primary point of contact
Manage hiring manager expectations, relationships, build rapport, and get to know each team personally to really understand the way we work.
Manage the pipeline to ensure achievement of performance targets
Core Sourcing: 20% - this position requires excellent sourcing skills to be successful leveraging LI Recruiter, cold outreach, content marketing, etc.
Reviewing incoming resumes: 40%
Interviewing - 20%
ATS & Ops - 20%

Must haves:
Must have 2 years of experience in a recruitment role working for a rapid growth SaaS company.
Must have experience handling large volume requisitions and be data-oriented.
Must have experience using LI Recruiter.
Experience using Lever ATS is preferred.

Location
We are a fully remote company! You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rather than restrict ourselves to only find talent in one city, we'd rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live.
