Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to coordinate and oversee our Janus' operations. The Operations Administrator role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Administrator include executing strategic initiatives, improving performance, assist in employee onboarding, ordering materials for team members, and supporting the executive team. You should be ready to implement best practices across all levels and work across the entire organization to improve our ability to deliver high quality products for our customers. Ultimately, we'll trust you to execute on important projects to advance our company.

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Order materials for the Company
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Maintain internal databases and tracking documents

This list is not exhaustive at all, and you'll have a lot of autonomy over your work.

Entrepreneurial, Data-driven, Problem Solver. Excellent prioritization, logical deduction, and organizational skills.
Proven work experience as Operations Administrator or similar role
Experience with office management tools such as MS Office software, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, etc.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
