*TEMCO LOGISTICS* is hiring *_Freight/Order Puller_*to join our *_PORTLAND ME WAREHOUSE. _*We are looking for someone to work in a fast-paced but safe environment and ensure all customer orders are pulled accordingly and in a timely manner. In this role your duties will be product quality, checking for any damage, detecting orders, loading, and unloading and reporting to supervisors.*WHO WE ARE*: Temco Logistics has been the leading home goods delivery and installation company for over 50 years! With millions of home deliveries performed we continue to innovate and provide world-class final mile delivery and installation services for our customers.*JOB DESCRIPTION** Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries* Picking out ordered items from containers and warehouse using barcodes, serial numbers, etc.* Securely shrink-wrapping items before loading or staging them for delivery* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles (trucks, vans, containers)* Transporting pulled items from storage containers to shipment area using forklifts, clamps, etc.* Using dollies to move units from the docking area to the assigned route area* Performing general warehouse duties as necessary*QUALIFICATIONS** 1+ year(s) of order pulling experience* Ability to operate heavy equipment such as: Sit-down Electric Fork and clamp forklifts etc. (Certified preferred but not required).* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Knowledge of handheld devices/RF scanners or open to learningTemco Logistics is a family-owned company that has been delivering and installing home goods since its inception in 1968.
