an Account Executive for HighByte, you will be responsible for
thinking strategically as you qualify leads and working
opportunities through the sales cycle to closure. With the support
of HighByte leadership team and Sales Engineers, you will have the
opportunity to have an impact on our product, positioning and
overall success. Essential Functions --- Evangelize and effectively
communicate the value of HighByte and HighByte Intelligence Hub to
prospects. --- Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to
question and develop an understanding of the prospect's integration
challenges and value of solving them. --- Manage, execute, and
close direct sales to mid-sized and large manufacturing companies.
--- Develop sales strategies to increase sales pipeline, shorten
time-to-close, and improve close rate. --- Effectively use
HighByte's CRM system to log sales activity and track deals in real
time.Skills --- Communicates effectively in presentations and
written responses --- Self-motivated and process oriented ---
Creative and resourceful when prospecting and developing leads into
successful sales --- Curious and confident, guiding conversations
to uncover challenges and needs --- Able to pair customer
challenges with technology benefits --- Understands software sales
techniques and processes --- Able to organize information and
selling processes --- Familiar with CRM systems and tracking sales
progress --- Agile and adaptive work behaviors while monitoring and
reacting to results --- Understands cloud, analytics, and
manufacturing technology products and trendsQualifications ---
Bachelor's degree --- 5+ years of B2B subscription software sales
experience (industrial preferred) --- Success selling in the
Account Executive role with average deal size of $25-100k ---
Professional experience with CRM, prospecting, and social media
