Job Description:
How you will impact OrthoFi:We are looking for a high energy,
ambitious, and results driven BDR to join a fast-paced company with
tremendous market potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a
highly-motivated, self-starter that loves a challenge, thrives on
identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and can start
contributing on day one. The BDR serves as the front-line in
prospect outreach and is responsible for identifying, qualifying
and generating new business opportunities for our Sales team. The
BDR will utilize our Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing
automation tools to cultivate leads through creative outbound
prospecting, as well as following up with inbound marketing leads
to generate additional interest for a potential sales
opportunity.This role requires a deep understanding of our product
and an aptitude to understand and articulate how it fits
financially and operationally into the success of the average
Orthodontic business.Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate new sales opportunities using a combination of
outbound prospecting techniques to initiate conversations with
qualified leads and generate additional interest to schedule a
sales overview.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and lead outbound prospect
outreach through a strategic touch plan including cold calling,
email and social media.
- Be the first point of contact for new prospects and determine
next steps moving forward.
- Schedule sales overview meetings with the Sales team and
qualified prospects.
- Drive sales overviews from webinar and event registrations
prior to the event, as well as calling prospect funnel to drive
event attendance.
- Qualify new leads and identify new prospective sales
opportunities using online research to gather contact information,
PMSW, Consultant relationships, etc.
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce and manage
contact/lead/opportunity data for accuracy.
- Develop, test and document outbound email narratives and
prospective talk-tracks that provide predictable and consistent
engagement from potential clients.Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of sales/BDR/lead generation experience; enterprise
software or healthcare industry preferred.
- Desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate about
leveraging phone, email, and social selling to drive
opportunity.
- Hunter mentality and motivated by meeting and exceeding plan
targets and goals.
- Natural ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
through appropriate follow up and relationship management.
- Resourceful self-starter who proactively takes action to move
the conversation forward.
- Comfortable working remotely, and a strong believer in
individual accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis
on world-class follow-up.
- Seeks to understand the customer's needs, objectives and
challenges.
- Understanding of generating pipeline through outbound/inbound
activity, and utilizing CRM software to aid in engagement.
- Willingness for overnight travel -10% of the time (orthodontic
seminar meetings).
