• Entertaining students. You will lead virtual live sessions with 5th to 8th grade students that teach through fun and engaging activities.
• Leading skills workshops. Kids learn valuable life skills like negotiation and public speaking, in addition to the traditional school curriculum.What You Won't Be Doing
  • Virtual lectures. You will have access to a variety of tools and technologies that will make sessions entertaining, not boring lectures.
  • Creating content. The content and activities are provided by the school, and your responsibility is to motivate kids to learn them.Youth Program Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesMotivate students and facilitate their learning through entertaining live sessionsBasic Requirements
    • Experience engaging kids in fun activities, such as in an afterschool program, summer camp, or mentorship capacity - paid, volunteer, and internship experiences accepted

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
