Cumberland County government situated in Portland, Maine seeks a dynamic individual to fill a professional level position as an Appraiser II in it's assessing office.The individual selected for this vital role will:

• hold a current Maine assessor certification (CMA) or be on track to earn it in the first 6 months of employment;
• hold an Associate's degree in a related field, or have an equivalent level of experience or training;
• have a valid State of Maine driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire;
• have demonstrated strengths in math, organization and frequent interaction with the public.
