- Position Summary
- The Senior Strategic Performance Advisor collaborates with business leaders to identify and align the efforts to facilitate/ improvement and transformational efforts. Senior Strategic Performance Advisors deliver appropriate training and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement across the enterprise to meet Martins Point's evolving needs. The Senior Strategic Performance Advisor maintains a high level of expertise in continuous improvement techniques and methodologies. This role serves as a change agent and facilitates improvement across the organization through consultation, education, analysis, and reporting. The position requires strong observation, listening and learning skills and the ability to establish excellent working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Job Description Key Outcomes:

  • Work with the organization to identify strategic improvements that lead to measurable results.
  • Works with leadership to identify continuous improvements in support of our organizational objectives.
  • Creates an environment to sustain improvement results.
  • Works collaboratively with functional and project teams to develop leadership and front-line competencies in assessing, improving, and designing processes.
  • Responsible for successful implementation and support of improvement and associated tools.
  • Responsible for leading specific cross-enterprise strategic improvement efforts.
  • Development and mastery of consultant and analytic competencies to assure ongoing business enhancement needs are met and measured.
  • Actively leverages various improvement methods to impact business results.
  • Develops metrics and leading indicators for each event and supports continuous review and evaluation of these metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into recommended approaches and strategies for internal customers to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Must be capable of forming relationships quickly at all levels of the organization to identify and implement changes rapidly.
  • Perform basic statistical analysis to identify opportunities and monitor improvement.
  • Seeks opportunities to create organizational awareness through publishing and presenting success stories, act as a custodian of the transformation story.Education / Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in technical, business discipline (Master's Degree preferred)
    • 7+ years overseeing quality/process improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management Methodologies at the enterprise level.
    • 6+ years leading teams through formal or informal leadership: management, project management, leading process improvement projects.
      Legal License(s)/Certification(s) required:
      • Accredited Process Improvement methodology certification required in at least one of the following: Lean, Six Sigma, Microsystems, Manufacturing or Process Engineering or equivalent.
