A company is looking for a Destiny Armor and Weapons Feature
Lead (Senior to Staff).
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the long-term vision for Destiny 2's armor and
weapons systems
Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of armor mods and
weapons
Mentor and guide a team of designers while ensuring timely delivery
of features
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional game design experience on a shipped,
combat-focused title
Deep understanding of moment-to-moment gameplay feel in action
games
Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary features from concept
through ship
Portfolio demonstrating a track record of designing engaging
gameplay
Extensive experience driving the vision and execution of
interconnected gameplay systems
