As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated Loot and Rake Laborers and General Laborers to join our team. If you're looking to work in a supportive environment with great benefits and an opportunity to advance, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Loot and Rake Laborer: Assist in preparing and smoothing materials for paving jobs, working with the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. General Laborer: Assist with various duties on the job site, including moving materials, preparing surfaces for paving, and supporting the crew in maintaining safety and quality throughout the job. Qualifications: Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team environment.Must take pride in producing high-quality work.Previous labor experience is a plus but not requiredtraining is available for the right candidates.Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to the success of the team. Employment Type: Full-time position (Monday through Friday) Overtime may be required during the busy season. Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
