Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Policy & Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver policy administration support for Life and Annuity products, handling non-financial transactions
Interpret service requests and navigate multiple administration systems to document necessary information
Proactively manage customer relationships and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
0-3 years of related work experience in the insurance industry preferred
Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel
Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
Strong analytical and organizational skills
