Location Detail: 98 Main Street Southington (10370) Shift Detail: M-F, 40 hours with 1 WFH day after completing probationary period while telehealth allows. Work where - every moment matters.   • HHC Colleague Discount Programs Position : Behavioral Health Clinician
    • Conduct psychiatric evaluations for inpatient patients to determine mental health and substance abuse care needs
    • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
    • Assess patients' specific needs based on their age and development
    • Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications
      Qualifications:
      • Master's degree in social work required
      • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Connecticut required
      • Bilingual in Spanish or Polish preferred
