accredited opioid treatment program (OTP) specializing in
methadone-based MAT. We offer comprehensive residential
care-including medication management, counseling, psychoeducation,
recovery coaching, and individualized treatment planning-in a

requirements.What You'll Do:
- Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations
- Initiate and manage MAT (including methadone and
buprenorphine)
- Diagnose and treat common acute health conditions (e.g.,
infections, wounds, respiratory illnesses)
- Perform annual physicals and health assessments
- Manage mental health medications and assess post-acute
withdrawal symptoms
- Educate patients on harm reduction, health maintenance, and
wellness
- Collaborate with your team to develop individualized treatment
plans
- Guide and oversee RN staff as they carry out medical
orders
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings, referrals, and coordinated care
planningWho You Are:Graduate of an accredited PMHNP, APRN, or PA
programLicensed in the State of CT as a PMHNP, APRN or PA with an
active DEA license, or ability to obtain3 years of post-graduate
experience working with dually diagnosed adults preferredCommitted
to patient-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused
careComfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment with a
diverse client populationMAT experience strongly preferred
