DescriptionSCHEDULE: 40 hours, Tuesday-Saturday, 3pm-1130pm-
rotating on-call responsibility required with some flexibility per
program demands or essential meetingsPays $61,464.00/annually -
DOELOCATION: Office located at 41 New Chardon St.; HTS and WISH
programs located at 444 Harrison Avenue (no parking available
on-site)SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:The Residential Supervisor position
is part of the leadership team of the Behavioral Health Division of
Pine Street Inn. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for
managing day-to-day operations at the New Chardon, Home to Stay,
and WISH programs. New Chardon is program that provides permanent
housing to formerly homeless women using a Housing
First/Stabilization model. The program serves women from diverse
backgrounds, circumstances, and age groups. The mission is to
provide trauma-informed, gender sensitive and gender specific
support services that meet their special needs so they can heal and
have time to heal, prepare to reintegrate into the community, and
break the cycle of homelessness. The Residential Supervisor will
also perform operations duties at Home-to-Stay, which is a 7-bed
permanent housing program for men, and the WISH program, which is a
10-bed permanent housing program for women. The Residential
Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising ten New Chardon
Residential Counselors, which includes hiring, evaluating,
training, onboarding, and supporting them within the Mission of the
Organization. The Residential Supervisor will coordinate staff
coverage for the New Chardon Program, manage the staff schedules,
and manage the work assignments for all direct reports. The
Residential Supervisor will also monitor and ensure compliance with
contracting and licensing requirements. The incumbent will be
self-motivated, with solid communication skills, and will be
capable of contributing to the development of policies, procedures,
and plans. The incumbent will also mediate conflicts between
program participants and support them as necessary. The Residential
Supervisor will need to be a team player and collaborator as well
as have strong supervisory skills and coordinate services with
other departments within the Behavioral Health division. This
position requires a great deal of organization, flexibility in
scheduling, tact, diplomacy, and creative problem solving in order
to maintain our positive working relationships with our colleagues
and
