We are looking for an Associate Systems Integration Analyst that is responsible for understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across the healthcare system, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. This entry level role provides learning opportunities to become accountable for analysis and design of data flow across a variety of clinical, financial and administrative systems.

We are seeking someone will seek and obtain a thorough understanding of all workflows related to the data flow. Contribute to creation of design documents, customer signoff of same, development of efficient HL7 Cloverleaf data flow and Epic Bridges configuration. Contribute planning and executing functional testing with all needed downstream systems and documents sign off of same. Comply with change control processes. Demonstrate dedication to detail, collaboration, effective problem-solving skills and strong customer service. May also learn to support secure file transfer processes.

The person in this role will:

  • Ensure requirements are aligned to project scope, objectives and strategies.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal project teams to identify interface requirements, map data elements, and perform interface configuration and data setup, creation of design documents, and conduct testing and validation.
  • Manage and communicate technical timelines for your design, build and testing.
  • Quickly learn new technologies and apply this knowledge
  • Comply with change control processes

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience.
    • License/Certifications: Related Software Certifications. Certified in Bridges. Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification.
    • Experience: 2-3 years' healthcare experience.
    • HL7 knowledge

    • Competency with use of program development and configuration tools

    • Self-motivated, organized
    • Customer service oriented
    • Ability to identify issues and escalate to resolve if needed
