What You'll Do
Manage day to day Maintenance for a Cold Storage facility
Supervisory responsibility over maintenance team
Designs, implements, and modifies preventive maintenance programs
Manage annual maintenance department budget
What Experience You Need
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience
HS Diploma or GED (education Requirements)
Physical Requirements: Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
May require a visit facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds
What Could Set You Apart
Completion of all 8 RETA courses
Industrial Maintenance experience in a Food & Beverage WH or plant.
Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
