Location: Berlin, CT Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

• Employee Referral BonusesPurpose & Scope: This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on all plastic injection molding machinery and equipment including robots, chillers, thermolators and hot running systems.
  Essential Duties May Include:
  • Repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
  • Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications
  • Regularly checking heater bands, rings and pulling screws / barrels
  • Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install partsRequirements:
    • Five plus (5+) years of maintenance and preventative maintenance experience of Plastic Injection Molding Machinery and peripheral equipment (required).
    • Ability to follow established procedures, read blueprints and maintain accurate records.
    • Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots and machines.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Physical Demands of position:
      • Ability to work in loud manufacturing environment
      • Occasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
