Job Description:

Clean Harbors in South Portland ME is looking to add to our Line/ Boom Technician team. The Line/Boom Technician is responsible for tasks associated with the line handling and booming at various terminals, including tying up the vessels.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

--- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

--- Responsible for securing ships to the dock and attach/detach ropes

--- Responsible for laying containment material in the water

Qualifications

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

--- Valid Driver's license required

--- Ability to do work as cited above

--- Previous maritime experience preferred

--- Per respirator requirements, must maintain a clean-shaven face, if respirator is required
