Job Description:

Our Senior Design Manager for Service Advantage Sales, will provide presales design, discovery and pricing development for targeted Ricoh Service Advantage potential partners while working with the Business Development teams. You will specialize in designing Ricoh Technology Lifecycle Services and solutions that best fit the Partner/Customer needs within the Ricoh portfolio of services in this newly created opportunity.Your expected contribution will be to drive positive new customer experiences and effective use of Business Development time related to the "discovery process". In this role, you will also provide the Service Advantage Business Development Team "One Voice" throughout the pre-sales engagement process by being the leader/owner of cross-functional Ricoh team interactions and deliverables. Your role will also lead conducting Customer discoveries, developing and gaining final approvals for sales proposals and final contract development, by following established processes; as well as ensure alignment with Ricoh's internal lines of business resources to effectively construct a Services offer (deal) that appropriately aligns with Ricoh service capabilities (& systems), in support of Sales leadership while adhering to established processes. When needed, lead initiatives to improve current Ricoh service offering (get creative) that encompass the special needs of select (strategic) Service Advantage Partners. Finally, you will be expected communicate Customer needs to operational teams and provide program management guidance and cross-divisional On-boarding team support, while seeking opportunities to drive process improvement, where applicable.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

• Minimum 8+ years industry related Service(s) experience; as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Requires strong communication skills, written and verbal, analytical ability, computer literate with application experience (Word, Excel, Outlook & Cloud apps, etc.).
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and handling high-level change and ambiguity.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships at multiple contact levels internally and with partners.
