The purpose of this position is to assist agents with transactional matters, acting as a neutral party and collaborating with the Regional Sales Director.Benefits of working for The Masiello Group:

  • Assist agents in resolving transactional issues while maintaining compliance in relation to real estate brokerage including Fair Housing, civil rights Maine Real Estate laws, rules, and regulations, and Realtor Code of Ethics
  • Help maintain office culture in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and Business Support Specialist
  • Participate in office meetings
  • Review transactions daily to ensure agency compliance
  • As necessary, interact with other Designated Brokers to problem solveRequirements:
    • Active Broker License required
    • Active local Realtor membership required
    • Minimum 10 years Maine Real Estate transactional experience
