Inside Sales Account Manager Location: Bloomfield, CT Job ID: 71158 Pay Range: $17-22 Searching for a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer centric Inside Sales Account Manager to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a role that combines your drive to succeed with a passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you. * Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management. * Researching and identifying part numbers, obtaining part prices and lead times, and tracking shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec. * Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline. * Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products. * Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.
