Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic Field Sales
Representative IV to join our sales team within the electronics
division. This role involves leveraging Arrows global network to
increase sales in electronic components and enterprise computing
solutions, targeting both new and existing customers. The
successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing sales
strategies, providing expert advice and product solutions, and
driving customer satisfaction across a diverse set of industries.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed
sales targets. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business
and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer
problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Identify emerging
markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products
and competition status. Provide periodic sales reports and
territory analyses to management. Stay abreast of the latest
industry trends and product offerings. Proven ability to drive
sales and maximize customer satisfaction. Excellent selling,
negotiation, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills
with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to create and deliver
presentations tailored to the audience needs. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional
(CSP) or similar qualification is preferred.
