The Role You’ll be the heartbeat of a growing home services operation—answering inbound calls, booking appointments, following up with leads, and keeping schedules running smoothly across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and energy services. You’re not just answering phones—you’re helping families get comfort, safety, and peace of mind. What You’ll Do Book sales & service appointments from inbound calls and leads Make outbound calls/texts to warm leads Ensure no call or lead goes unanswered Schedule technicians, energy auditors, and sales team members Maintain accurate customer records in CRM Follow up on maintenance reminders and service agreements Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes Collect payments when applicable Assist with post-appointment follow-ups and surveys Rotate evenings/weekends as needed What’s In It for You $20–$22/hr base pay Commission for every booked appointment that runs Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and growth opportunities Stable, in-person role with a supportive team What We’re Looking For 1 year of customer service, appointment setting, or sales experience Home services experience is a plus Strong communication skills (multilingual is a bonus) Comfortable using CRM systems and tools like Excel, Word, and Google Suite Excellent time management and follow-through Team-oriented and adaptable
