Job Description Job Description JOB ROLE: Internet Sales Manager
(Sales) REPORTS TO : General Sales Manager RESPONSIBILITIES :
Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects
according to their preferred method of communication, whether by
phone, by email or in person. Has thorough knowledge of all
dealership products and services. Directs customers to product
information resources, including those available on the Internet.
Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries in a proactive,
timely manner. Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture
repeat business. Keeps abreast of new products, features,
accessories etc, and their benefits to customers. Maintains a
professional appearance and workspace at all times Manage customer
complaints or issues with professionalism Schedules first service
appointment. Conduct pre-photo inspection of vehicles to ensuring
that it meets dealerships reconditioning standards Photographing
all new and used vehicles to appear online for consumer Works with
General Manager to update the website frequently to attract new and
repeat visitors, ensuring proper upload of photos and appearance
online COMPENSATION : 45K-65K per year (hourly plus commission)
QUALIFICATIONS : Excellent verbal and written communication and
interpersonal skills Able to prioritize duties and multi-task under
pressure Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented Understands and
complies with federal, state, and local regulations Automotive
knowledge is preferred; will train the right candidate BENEFITS :
