hiring a sales-driven Branch Manager for our Bethel, CT location.
This role leads a route-based service and sales operation, serving
customers across hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice. This is
a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the
field, developing people, owning results, and growing revenue
through service. What We Offer Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 Bonus

Insurance, and more What You’ll Do Lead a service sales branch,
owning revenue, retention, and performance Coach and develop route
and sales employees in the field Drive sales growth through
service, upgrades, and customer relationships Be actively involved
in day-to-day operations, this is not a desk-only role Partner with
regional leadership on budgets, KPIs, and branch goals Support
on-call coverage during training to understand the operation
end-to-end What We’re Looking For Experience leading route-based,
multi-site, or field teams Proven sales aptitude, revenue growth,
account ownership, upselling, or territory management Background in
B2B service, distribution, foodservice, facilities, or hospitality
Comfortable leading teams you don’t see all day Mechanically
curious and solutions-oriented (we’ll train the technical side)
Willing to travel during the first 4 months of training only
