Job Description Job Description NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a National Account Manager
for an international building materials manufacturer based in
Canton, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead
national distribution growth, work with established industry
partners, and directly impact the expansion of a premium bathroom
and remodeling product across the U.S. This is a high-visibility
role offering strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term
career growth in a fast-growing product line within the
construction and remodeling industry. This is a Direct Hire
Position Pay Rate Base salary: $70,000 Commission potential: up to
$150,000 total compensation Schedule and Hours Full-time Monday
through Friday schedule varies due to travel Up to 80% travel.
National Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities • Build and
expand a national distributor network across the U.S. • Recruit,
onboard, and support plumbing supply and bathroom remodeling
distributors. • Drive sales growth through distributor training,
relationship management, and project support. • Identify and
develop new project, specification, and renovation opportunities. •
Maintain strong relationships with national and regional accounts.
• Additional related job duties as needed. National Account Manager
Qualifications and Requirements • 7 years of business development
or sales experience in plumbing supply, bathroom remodeling, or
related industries • Established national distributor or showroom
relationships • Experience launching and scaling market adoption of
new product lines • Strong communication, negotiation, strategic
planning, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work
independently, travel extensively, and who is a self-starter,
strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making, and
