Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager to lead Sikorsky Aftermarket strategy
efforts focused on International Military & Commercial helicopter
operators with an emphasis on Maritime Systems. The successful
candidate will be part of a team responsible for developing and
executing strategic plans to drive growth, expand customer
relationships, and identify new business opportunities in
conjunction with corporate strategy teams and 1LM corporate
engagements. This role requires a strong understanding of the
rotary-wing aircraft industry, excellent business development
skills, flexibility of working hours schedule, and the ability to
lead cross-functional teams. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a
related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in business
development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the aerospace and
defense industry, preferably in the rotary-wing aircraft sector •
Proven track record of success in developing and executing business
development strategies, with a strong emphasis on aftermarket
orders growth • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members •
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
analyze complex data sets and develop informed business decisions •
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong
focus on results-driven performance • Strong knowledge of the
rotary-wing aircraft industry, including trends, competitors, and
emerging technologies • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's products
and services, including Sikorsky aircraft, systems, and
technologies • Willingness to travel up 25% internationally as
needed to meet customers, partners, and attend events. Desired
skills • Experience working with Sikorsky aircraft, including Black
Hawk, Seahawk, S-92, and other models • Familiarity with Lockheed
Martin's aftermarket support activities, including spare parts, MRO
services, and other related activities • Experience leading and
managing cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,
engineering, and operations teams • Strong network of contacts
within the rotary-wing aircraft industry, including customers,

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
