Job Description:

Nesco Resource is looking for a Quality Coordinator located in Bethel, CT. This is a contract position expected to last through February 2026 (Could be longer) for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $25-$28/Hour Depending on experience Position Overview: The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating quality-related activities to ensure product and process compliance with customer specifications and internal standards. This role may involve general support across quality functions or specialized focus in a specific quality area. Key Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and procedures to perform day-to-day tasks and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and documentation. Monitor and ensure adherence to customer specifications and industry standards within assigned work areas. Assist in identifying and sharing best practices to strengthen overall quality performance across teams. Contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce variation, and increase efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role in a manufacturing or production environment. Understanding of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, ISO standards). Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Experience with quality audits or regulatory compliance. Familiarity with customer quality requirements in manufacturing environments.
