Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the
quality assurance department supporting production and inspection
teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to
detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset,
which will align successfully within the organization. This is a
direct hire opportunity offering benefits. Job Title: Quality
Inspector (Direct Hire) Location: South Windham, CT Pay Range:
$30-$35 Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6AM - 230PM What's the
Job? Conduct In-Process and Final Inspections to ensure product
quality and compliance Utilize inspection gauges such as
micrometers and calipers to measure and verify parts Analyze and
prepare certification and documentation for quality assurance
records Prepare reports for management to communicate inspection
results and issues Work independently and collaboratively to
identify and resolve quality issues What's Needed? Knowledge of
blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience with Navy specifications and Electric Boat Standard
Clauses Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC DMIS
software Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 standards U.S. Citizenship
