Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Full-Time
Occupational Therapist is needed for an Early Childhood School
located in Lowell, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity
to work with a PreK caseload, supporting the developmental and
functional needs of young learners. The role begins as soon as
possible, continuing through the 2024-2026 school year.
Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy services to PreK
students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and
self-care abilities - Collaborate with educators, families, and
other professionals to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans - Conduct evaluations and document student progress
in compliance with school policies and regulations - Participate in
team meetings and provide consultation to support student success -
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes
Qualifications: - Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience
in school-based practice - Familiarity with early childhood
developmental milestones and therapy approaches - Ability to manage
a full PreK caseload independently - Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to work effectively with children, families,
and school staff - Commitment to ongoing professional development
and adherence to ethical standards Location: Lowell, MA Position
Type: Full Time, Contract (20242026 School Year) Start Date: ASAP
