POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the work of Y, a leading nonprofit
committed to strengthening community through youth development,
healthy living, and social responsibility. Builds members and the
community’s understanding of the YMCA’s impact. This position

policies and procedures. Provides quality experience to children

beginning with you. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Builds personal and
meaningful relationships with YMCA members, participants,
volunteers, and guests. While exemplifying the Y’s commitment to
the four-character values of caring, honesty, respect &
responsibility and responds to all member and community inquiries
promptly. Helps with implementing curriculum within the established
guidelines. You must be dependable and build consistency and
stability in the classroom for the children in your care. Full-time
dependability is crucial to this role. Helps with supervising the
children, classroom, and activities at all times. Makes ongoing,
systematic observations and evaluations of each child. Maintains
program site and equipment. Helps with keeping required program
records. Attends and takes part in family nights, program
activities, staff meetings, and staff training (18 hours per year)
Fulfills any functions?appointed?by the YMCA administration.
Compensation details: 12.57-18.85 Hourly Wage
