Due to promotions in the department, this manufacturing organization is looking to add an Accounting manager to their team! Highlights of this Accounting Manager role: Position open due to growth! Reports to a great CFO who puts an emphasis on work / life balance 3 weeks PTO to start and a strong 401k match High visibility position, no red tape for someone who wants to make changes Long tenure throughout the organization and in management Accounting Manager job functions: Manage a team of 3 direct reports Collaborate with all members of the organization such as engineering, sales, operations Hands on with general accounting functions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to enable strategic decision making Heavy emphasis on financial reporting and analysis Work closely with the CFO on special projects Qualifications for this Accounting Manager: 10 years of progressive experience in accounting (preferably in the manufacturing space) Supervisory skills, they need a strong leader Skilled within Excel.
