Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. Ensure internal controls and financial compliance are met. Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes. Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimization. Lead and develop the accounting team. The Financial Controller will work closely with ownership. Qualifications for this Financial Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
