Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
dedicated Behavior Specialist with Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) certification to support an elementary school setting in
Norwalk, CT. The role is full-time, with a contract extending
through the current school year until June 2026, offering a chance
to make a meaningful impact on student development within a dynamic
educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and
support behavior intervention plans tailored to elementary school
students - Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes - Collect and
analyze data to track student progress and adjust strategies
accordingly - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in
compliance with school policies - Provide direct one-on-one or
small group assistance to students requiring behavioral support
Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Valid Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) certification required - Prior experience working
in a school setting strongly preferred - Knowledge of applied
behavior analysis (ABA) principles - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and
families - Ability to manage multiple caseloads within an
elementary school environment - Commitment to supporting students'
academic and social-emotional growth Location: Elementary school in
Norwalk, Connecticut Work Schedule: Full-time, approximately 32.5
to 35 hours per week This role provides an important contribution
to the success and well-being of elementary students through
specialized behavioral support. Interested candidates who meet the

school community throughout the school year. Compensation for this
