Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrician Mechanic Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrician Mechanic to install service equipment on trucks, including salt spreaders and lights. This role requires expertise in electrical systems and hands-on installation work. Responsibilities Install service equipment on trucks, such as plows, dump systems, and salt spreaders. Perform Mig welding and fabrication tasks as needed. Work with 12V DC electrical systems, including wiring and schematic reading. Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for installations. Handle hydraulic systems and conduit installations. Essential Skills Proficiency in Mig welding and fabrication. Experience with 12V DC electrical systems. Knowledge of hydraulics and related systems. Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in welding, fabrication, hydraulics, or 12V DC systems. Experience with wiring and electronics for heavy vehicles. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment involves installing equipment such as plows, salt spreaders, and lights onto trucks for various townships and road departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
