Job Description Job Description Position: Vendor Quality / MRB Coordinator Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities and support vendor quality processes to ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials. Key Responsibilities Support material scrapping processes Coordinate and lead daily MRB meetings Create and update Quality SOPs as needed Assist with NCMR documentation and approvals Work with MRB members to determine material disposition Manage and track non-conforming material in a secure area Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems Handle RTV shipments and debit memos for returned material Perform internal audits to support ISO certification requirements Process inventory transfers, move tickets, and sub-inventory transactions Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Quality Engineers, and Incoming Inspection Qualifications MRB experience required Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle is a plus IPC-610/620 certification preferred 5 years of experience in Incoming Inspection Strong administrative and organizational skills Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meetings Knowledge of NCMRs (Non-Conforming Material Records) Company Description Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
