We are migrating to a new FinTech clearing broker/dealer and at the same time working on an improved user interface with new and innovative ways to invest. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to help research and drive prioritized product features and enhancements forward in a streamlined way. The FinTech Product Manager will work closely with the various stakeholders to do market research, define requirements and work with the delivery team to ensure a successful launch. This role is critical to succeeding in a very dynamic marketplace with quality of offering and speed to market essential.The expertise you have

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching software products
  • Experience gathering customer needs and marketplace trends and translating that to the product strategy
  • Experience incorporating emerging technologies into a mobile customer experience
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting, dashboards and A/B testing (experience with PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake a plus)
  • Ability to work with technology teams to execute on business goals, epics and user scenarios
  • Outstanding analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities and work within ambiguityThe skills you bring

    • Experience with direct customer research through survey design and implementation, focus group discussions and customer interviews

    • Strong relationship building and business partnership skills, and can build credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders
