access hospital setting. The role involves 12-hour night shifts and

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in the
Emergency Room during night shifts Coordinate and oversee patient
care, demonstrating leadership as a charge nurse Collaborate
effectively with Medical-Surgical staff in a critical access
hospital Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation
accurately Maintain a safe and efficient environment for patients
and staff alike Qualifications and Experience: Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) licensure Previous charge nurse experience in an
Emergency Room setting is required Comfortable working in a small
critical access hospital environment with close ER and Med-Surg
interaction Ability to work the scheduled 12-hour night shifts (7
PM 7 AM), 36 hours per week Job Type: Contract This position is
available on a contract basis, with preference given to local
candidates within 50 miles of the facility. Locals can receive a
