Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Float Pool Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals.
This unique position is vital to maintaining the high standards of
care and service we provide to our patients across various units
within our facilities. The role demands flexibility and
adaptability, as it involves transitioning between departments
according to staffing needs. As a Float Pool LPN, you will be
instrumental in delivering patient-centered healthcare, taking on
tasks that vary from routine to complex, in a supportive
environment dedicated to clinical excellence and improving quality
of life. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of
registered nurses and doctors. Administer medications and
injections, and record reactions. Monitor patient vital signs and
symptoms and report changes. Assist in the implementation of
patient care plans. Participate in patient education and
rehabilitation. Adapt to varying departments and patient needs with
high flexibility. Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in delivering
patient care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly across multiple units. High adaptability
to rapidly changing environments. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license. CPR/BLS certification.
