Job Description Pediatric Hospitalist Opening in Oxford, NC (Permanent)45 minutes to Raleigh, NCSeeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to provide direct inpatient care to pediatric patients in a rural hospital setting.Responsible for managing acute and chronic conditions, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.Conduct inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow evidence-based guidelines for quality patient care.Participate in quality assurance initiatives, continuing education, and peer reviews.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Requirements:MD or DO with a valid North Carolina medical license or eligibility.Completion of an accredited residency in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics.Board Certification or Eligibility in the respective specialty.Strong clinical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach.Oxford, NC, is a welcoming community just 45 minutes from Raleigh and near Kerr Lake, offering a balance of small-town charm with easy access to metro amenities.
