Bay Hospital is looking for a CRNA to cover the open dates below!
REQUIRED - Dates Needed for Coverage: June 1 - 5June 22 - September
4Details:Monday-Friday 4 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off or
5 8-hour shifts per weekSupervised by AnesthesiologistSetting:
Inpatient only NO CALLCase types: Bread and butter. There will be
NO neurosurgery cadiac lung spine cath lab EP lab OB tubes dental.
and trauma cases. 2 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist. Credentialing
timeframe: 60-90 daysEMR: EpicAdditional Questions Answered by the
Site: How often peds are done and are the peds TampA tubes or
dental? Pediatric cases 1 day per week. Patients gt1yr of age ASA
1-2. Ear tubes TampAs only.How many deliveries a year? CRNAs cover
elective and emergent c-sections in the OR. No labor
epidurals.Travel Requirements: Flight - No first-class
flights.Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and feesRental
Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals.Mileage
Billed at the IRS Standard RateBill Rates Needed to Submit:
Malpractice - Must be included in the rates. Orientation Hourly -
300 rate cap Overtime Corresponding holiday rates. Conversion fee -
15k rate cap Schedule Monday-Friday (4 10-hour shifts with a
rotating day off, or 5 8-hour shifts per week) Dates Needed -
