Job Description:

About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our busy, integrated rural health facility (FQHC) located along the picturesque coastline of Downeast Maine.

Provide care to patients of all ages.
Deliver full-scope primary care services.
Offer off-site primary care when needed, including for homebound patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $93,000 $134,000.
$10,000 sign-on bonus.
$5,000 relocation assistance.
Comprehensive benefits package
Loan Repayment
