Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Receiving Lead – PM Shift Easton, PA Monday–Friday ? 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM $22.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced Receiving Lead to join our Inbound team! In this role, you will assist with offloading and accurately receiving inbound shipments while leading the receiving team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You’ll be working with products from well-known active lifestyle brands in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Bring: Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience leading receiving personnel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 20–50 lbs throughout the shift Standing and walking for extended periods Climbing ladders/stairs Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, heat, cold, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Oversee training and cross-training of receiving employees Delegate and lead receiving tasks while working within SLA Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to plan labor needs Ensure all inbound shipments are properly received and checked for damages or discrepancies Offloading, scanning, and general warehouse duties Maintain a clean and safe work environment If you have leadership experience in receiving and are ready to grow with a great team, apply today!
