Job Description Job Description This Is Not a Desk Job Steelwrist is looking for a proven construction industry sales leader who knows how to build market share, drive dealers, and win business in a competitive environment. If you have real experience in construction equipment, understand dealer networks, and are comfortable being on the road, this role is built for you. This position is based out of our Newington, CT headquarters with a hybrid schedule (in the office a couple days per week, balance remote). You must live within two (2) hours of Newington, CT. What You’ll Own Drive sales growth and market share across assigned territories Lead, develop, and hold dealers and OEM partners accountable Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Be hands-on in the field: jobsite demos, ride-alongs, and customer meetings Train and coach sales staff throughout the U.S. and Canada Represent Steelwrist at major trade shows, dealer meetings, and OEM events Execute strategy, forecast accurately, and deliver results Travel Expectations This role requires significant travel across the United States and Canada , including: Trade shows and industry events Dealer and OEM visits Ride-alongs and sales training in the field If frequent travel and face-to-face selling isn’t for you, this is not the role.
