Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Case Manager position is available in the
Seacoast Charter Academy serving students from kindergarten through
9th grade. This role focuses on providing specialized support in
reading, writing, and math for a small caseload of approximately
12-14 students. Location: Kingston, NH School Type: K-12 Schedule:
Full-time, 35 hours per week, onsite only Job Duration: Contract
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 12-14 students requiring
special education services Provide individualized instruction and
small group support in reading, writing, and math Develop and
monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure
compliance and student progress Maintain accurate records and
documentation related to student services and performance Desired
Qualifications: Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case
Manager in a K-12 setting Strong knowledge of instructional
strategies for reading, writing, and math interventions Ability to
work effectively with students, families, and educational staff
Excellent organizational and communication skills Commitment to
onsite work hours and collaboration with the school team This role
