This opportunity is for a dedicated paraprofessional role within a K-12 school setting located in Manchester, NH. The position involves working closely, one-on-one, with students demonstrating behavioral needs, providing essential support to help them succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with behavioral challenges through individualized support Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to implement learning plans Adapt to classroom changes and support an inclusive learning environment Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress Participate actively in onboarding and training processes as required Qualifications and Experience: Experience as a paraprofessional or in a child-related professional setting is required Comfortable working with the special education population High school diploma minimum; additional relevant certifications are advantageous Reliable transportation to and from the work location Ability to provide at least one professional reference prior to placement Successful completion of district fingerprinting and onboarding procedures Flexibility to accommodate classroom rearrangements and schedule changes Availability for a Zoom interview prior to hiring Position Details: Location: Manchester, NH (K-12 School) Schedule: Daily from 8:35 AM to 3:10 PM Duration: Contract through June 17, 2026 Number of openings: 1 This role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students with special needs in a structured educational environment.
