Job Description Job Description JOB TITLE Supply Chain Associate JOB SUMMARY Provides administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team while building foundational knowledge in supply chain management and the beauty industry. This 12-month paid opportunity is designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order management. The role offers exposure to senior executives, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives, with flexibility to work across New York and New Jersey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support supply chain operations including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly Participate in continuous improvement activities and special projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes Manage reporting systems and assist with data analysis Contribute to team meetings and provide input on ways of working Develop professional skills through mentorship and exposure to senior leadership REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (must have graduated within the last 12 months) GPA of 3.0 or higher 0–2 years of experience Strong analytical skills; engineering degree a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality Customer service orientation with ability to escalate issues appropriately Flexibility to work/commute in both New York and New Jersey YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 0–2 years (recent graduates welcome) Education: Bachelors Degree Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
